Fire print on paper, artist's technique, 2024​

 

​The work results from the purple pigment inherent in the paper reacting with fire — a technique invented by the artist. No paint or external chemicals were used.

The artwork can be interpreted as embodying the cosmic, intoxicating effect of love, or the feeling of toxic love —

— or perhaps a fusion of both.
